Cannot connect with openweb

Am I the only one not being able to connect to the net with openweb? I just get a "access denied" error, while my axxess connection is working fine.

Tried to call them, but their line stays busy

i'm not at home at the moment but i can ping my router, and my openweb account is currently setup, so it should be online.
