cannot log in to isdsl.net

i am an openweb customer with an IS account. i am trying to check if i'm capped.
i tried logging in to www.isdsl.net with the username (#######@dsl512.isdsl.net) and the password thats in my router but i keep getting an error.
is there something i'm doing wrong?

When I had an IS account I used this link to check my stats:
http://users.isdsl.net/index.php?action=logon

I also tried logging into users.isdsl.net with my openweb username: [email protected] but I get an Invalid user/pass error
