Cannot purchase 2+1 GB package

Been trying the whole day to purchase the 2+1 GB package via USSD.

Definitely have R149 loaded on the SIM (actual balance is R152). Either time out or request failed.

Tried both via the dongle and in my phone.

Anybody know if there is a problem or is it just me?

Just tried to do it through the 8ta website and it said there's a problem.

Spoke to one of their people 20 minutes ago and they said try in the next hour.
