So the details of presentations is on the website for the canon expo this coming weekend, is it just me, or does it look to be a bit of an afterthought. i was impressed with most of the presentations at the recent camera expo at the dome, the canon offering just seems limp, and only 2 on the saturday, and both of those in the afternoon!

So the excitement for tomorrow is building..... What is the normal format of the roadshows?.. Worth taking ones kit with?

I also thought MTN ;)

Just come back - was thinking of the 50mm 1.4 and probably would have been convinced if it was front of me and I held it.

But the queue was insane ... And I'm not sure if they really stick to the 20 per day rule, but if they do, they'd have no stock before 12

On our way back home now on the Gautrain.

Had fun playing with the 7D and showing my dad around the DSLR's. He has always been a point and shoot man.

Stayed for a presentation from a Van der Berg oke about wildlife shooting. Nice!

And yeah. The queues were insane! Didn't get a chance to check out all the cameras I wanted to.

Still considering making the switch to Canon.
