I got NeoConnect Prime on Wednesday last week - or Tuesday.
It was all ok during the week when I didn't really use it. When I got to the weekend and tried to play a game I realised that the service is NOT what it seems to be.
I ran some speed tests, found my connection is about 200kbs or less. Even though I am on the 3rd floor of a house, get 4 bars signal, and am in a good coverage area.
I cant even try games, can hardly browse international sites. And downloads are at dial up speeds. Furthermore, the download corrupts itself. I have been running my 1.5 MB virus update for 30min now.
I guess I am allowed to cancel my contract in less than 7 days - so I will.
I'd rather have no internet than this!
