Can't login to app world

So I got a notification today saying a new version of blackberry app world is available. I downloaded it and now everytime I try to login to app world with my blackberry ID I get a message saying "Unable to authenticate user at this time. Please try again later."

Before I downloaded the new app world it worked fine but now I keep on getting this error everytime I try to login. Anyone else having this problem?

I had same problem. It basically wants to match your BBID with the one you used before but it wants to confirm your paypal account. The problem arises if you never used paypal but downloaded from app world before.
I re-registered on app world with my secondary email address and it works.

Nope no luck. Created another account on a different email address and am getting the same problem :/

A colleague of mine had the same problem....she had problems with her bberry rebooting all the time @ random...so i said i can maybe update her O.S i did do that and guess what...she can now use her bb app world and download , she already had O.S 5 i just updated certain core files...and its working...i too never knew how to fix the solution...but now i know and advising everyone on that....let all others know about the solution

Numerous ocassions I had the same problem had to change my password problem sorted out never again experienced the same problem again only once last week when their server was down
