Can anyone recommend an ISP for capped ADSL?

I've been using Axxess. I mainly use them because their cancellation terms are more favorable than Webafrica.
Axxess's ping to Overwatch is about 9ms better than Webafrica.
I tested Crystalweb for 3 days and it seemed to be about 8ms better than Axxess, but I'm not sure and need to re-test.

A few ms is not a game-changer (excuse the pun) when the best ping I've ever had is 168ms. But it's worth mentioning :)

Crystalweb's systems were very buggy but they got me up and running within a few hours. Once running it was flawless and fast.
Crystalweb is offering 75gb/m for about R100, and free data 0-8am. People say they care more about gaming and having a good network experience, so maybe it's worth it. 75gb is enough for me actually now that I think about it.

I've not used Afrihost in years.
I see Afrihost is offering the same price as Axxess and Webafrica, except Afrihost's free data offer is 0-8am, which is a little more convenient than 0-6am.
But not if Afrihost is crappy. I see a lot of complaints about Afrihost in the Afrihost section and it's capped review section.
However I'm well aware that there is selection bias when reviewing forum posts about people's ISP. Generally they won't come online to say the internet works as expected. Normally people only complain if there's a problem.

I've just gone ahead and signed up with Afrihost because it offers double (I don't want double, but ok sure) your money back guarantee.
I already had an account with them and used to use their ADSL a few years ago but they wanted me to re-upload my ID, which is annoying. Because they seem to not process it after hours. Their clientzone is a little buggy. Even though I've uploaded my ID when I click on the new connectivity item it just asks me to upload ID again.
