Is it possible that I can insure my car and my girlfriends car in one package?

I know some people that is married and pays like R600 a month for 2 cars and house content on one insurance package.

Is this possible without being married?

You can only insure it if you have an insurable interest in item. So... no.

If you are living at the same address I do not see why not. When my adult children were living at home, their cars and belongings were insured under my policy with Alexander Forbes. Each car was credited to the relevant main driver.
