Car remote jamming insurance warning

Ok, then it is permissible.

If LaraC has one and thinks she can't confirm that the vehicle is locked it seemed to indicate otherwise, do all keyless entry systems work like what you described?

Still a small risk though, then any crim can still pull the handle while pressing that door handle button, after you had locked it but your key is still close enough and it might unlock the door, right?

Only if you are standing right next to the door. You have to be in very close proximity for it to pick up your key.

I could walk away and go back to check the doors. :p

Here is a short video of how it works. :)

We did some tests at our parking lot at work. Blocked a Suzuki Terios, Toyota Fortuner, Toyota Corrola, Honda Jazz, Audi A3, Audi S3, Ford Ranger, Ford Fiesta, VW Tiguan.

What did it fail to block?

Black gate remote with red button : Blocked a Suzuki Terios, Toyota Fortuner, Toyota Corrola, Honda Jazz, Ford Ranger, Ford Fiesta. IT did not work on Audi A3, Audi S3 and VW Tiguan.

However, using my A3 remote, I could block the Audi A3, Audi S3 and VW Tiguan. My theory is, if they can get hold of car remotes, they can block just about any car operating on the same remote frequency.
