Card payment rejected

Hi CellC rep. I had a card transaction to buy data rejected when choosing the VISA card payment method. (I was on the cellc webpage , not an app) Eventually I was able to after querying with my bank (I was asked to call the early fraud department !!) , but a friend just told me it happened to him yesterday. Having a card payment rejected is not nice and worrying and does not inspire confidence in using cellc's VISA payment gateway. So just a head up and tell your admin to check for problems. I don't want to move from cellc as it gives good service otherwise, but more problems like this and I will have to move elsewhere.
