As a long-time Rain user, I recently switched my business numbers to their work package to save costs. Unfortunately, I've encountered significant issues with my iPhone 6s, which is unable to make calls on the Rain network. Rain's support team confirmed that the network doesn't support this device.
Following their advice, I upgraded to an iPhone 8, but despite assistance from support, the problem persists. Both the 6s and 8 had VoLTE enabled on other networks, but this feature is absent on Rain. To rule out SIM card issues, I tested it on another device, which worked without problems.
Upgrading to a newer device, as recommended by a service provider, doesn't guarantee compatibility or resolve network issues.
