i know its more about genetics but meat is surely a contributor. Unless new studies have shown differentMeat is not the cause of gout.

Yip, you can probably eat as much as you want.Only 7 a week? I eat at least 18 a week, without mayo though, if that pleases the clinic.
Exactly, same here and my cholesterol is no higher when I eat a bodybuilding diet (4-5 eggs, plus lean steak and lean chicken every day) to when I eat a "normal diet". There's only 8g of saturated fat in 5 large eggs.Geez, some weeks I might be eating close to 30 eggs since I often start the day with a four-egg omelette.
