Carnivore diet

Exactly, same here and my cholesterol is no higher when I eat a bodybuilding diet (4-5 eggs, plus lean steak and lean chicken every day) to when I eat a "normal diet". There's only 8g of saturated fat in 5 large eggs.

But recently when I slacked off and started eat a lot more saturated fats from meat and cheese my cholesterol went from 4.4 to 5.5. Some saturated fats are fine, but too much animal fats will raise your bad LDL cholesterol.
If you have time, watch the video I posted earlier. Not all LDL cholesterol is the same.

The way your body processes fats into cholesterol is also quite different on a keto/carnivore diet compared to a normal or high carb diet. When you consume carbohydrates with a high animal fat diet there is a much higher conversion rate to the bad type of LDL compared to when eating a low/no carb diet. Something about how sugars affects the metabolism of the fats.

So unless one is on the carnivore diet or keto you can't get away with eating as much high fats meats and animal fats without the associated health risks.

You get large LDL and small dense LDL. It is the small dense once which cause lots of harm. The large LDL is actually not harmful. From what I understand it is high clucose in the blood which damage the LDL cholesterol and make them small and dense.

People on low carb diets have mostly large LDL and have nothing to worry about.

My dog loves some plant food though. Pumpkin, butternut, blueberries. He loves that stuff.
Tested out some litchis and the boy also loves those. What a good boy.
