Carnivore diet

Isn’t pumpkin a dog laxative?
Generally you gotta feed a dog less plant matter than you'd feed a similarly sized human. So yeah, don't give them human-sized portions of pumpkin.

Worldwide, bivariate correlation analyses revealed that meat intake is positively correlated with life expectancies. This relationship remained significant when influences of caloric intake, urbanization, obesity, education and carbohydrate crops were statistically controlled. Stepwise linear regression selected meat intake, not carbohydrate crops, as one of the significant predictors of life expectancy. In contrast, carbohydrate crops showed weak and negative correlation with life expectancy.

Have a friend of mine who went vegan a few months back. Started experiencing fatugue, dizziness and we worked out together but he was now struggling to endure during training. He went and did some tests, just as I suspected, low B12, low iron etc. He switched to low carb/high protein (from meat) with healthy fat. He improved in just a couple of weeks.

As someone who does resistance training and sometimes cardio, at least 40-50g of complete protein is important for muscle repair and maintanance post workout. To get that on a vegan diet, you must eat lots of chickpeas, lentils, beans etc, and at the same time you are eating excess carbs. For me keto/carnivore does it, not yet 100% carnivore as I eat veggies but NO GRAINS

Prof Seyfred from Boston college claims he has cured cancer in a dog using fat and meat. Meat in places like Nigeria etc is sometimes preserved with Formalin (formaldehyde) due to lack of refrigeration and that will cause cancer as it did in the 1800's in USA. This is the origin of the red meat causes cancer myth

is this why sharks don't get cancer?

All creatures get cancer from contaminated toxic and processed food. Cancer is Mitochondrial damage, not genetic defects.

Look that may be but last time I dropped a big mac in the sea it fell apart pretty quickly - I can't see sharks eating lots of hamburgers

It's the chips fried in vegetable oil and the mayo that does the most metabolic damage.

Lol I had a friend recently start eating meat again (he went vegan because of his gf) even posted a gym picture with the caption "V gains" rofl. Then she got pregnant and the doctor told her it's unhealthy and all of a sudden they did a 360. They were pretty hardcore, wouldn't go to places that served meat. Even didn't come to my friends wedding because meat was on the menu (lol they literally just had a small get together at a pub instead of an actual wedding).

Might as well eat child corpses while ya at it - not much difference.
