Carnivore diet

I had to sit through another work-assigned-woke session, this past Friday, about the benifits of eating plants over meat.

The topic of "humans weren't designed to eat meat" came up, so I asked the presenter to show us pictures of a herbivore digestive system, a carnivore digestive system and a human/omnivore digestive system.

It kinda went downhill from there...

I am sure the carnivore diet work to loose weight, but everyone I know thats on it for more than two years looks like they going to die any time. Had a family member that we all thought will not last the end of the year, luckily he started eating normal again and now looks normal.
There is this afrikaans guy on Tiktok too. His eyes looks like its retracting into his skull.

Honestly, that sounds like someone eating vegan, not animal proteins and fats.

Lol I had a friend recently start eating meat again (he went vegan because of his gf) even posted a gym picture with the caption "V gains" rofl. Then she got pregnant and the doctor told her it's unhealthy and all of a sudden they did a 360. They were pretty hardcore, wouldn't go to places that served meat. Even didn't come to my friends wedding because meat was on the menu (lol they literally just had a small get together at a pub instead of an actual wedding).
To be honest this whole Vegan thing is silly, If we were meant to be herbivores, wouldn't we have four stomach like cows to exclusively process greens?

Fruit, tubers, legumes etc don't require the kinds of digestive intensity that grass does.

The question still stands, Why do we have carnivore stomachs instead of herbivore ones if we were meant to eat greens exclusively? and what about the teeth? are our incisors by mistake too?

And the molars can only be for grinding spiders into an easily digestible paste. I mean obvious the only other non animal foods are grass and eating grass is for cows and we should rather eat cows (beta) or spiders (alpha)

We weren't meant to sit in chairs all day yet we do; we do things that don't really align with our evolutionary predispositions. So even if I agree with you that our predisposition is toward being carnivores, I'm also totally fine with people deciding to go against that grain for reasons of their choosing. For some people their ethical reasons for not eating meat outweighs what evolution says they 'should' be eating.

I simple said being vegan is silly because we are designed to eat meat and vegies because are our bodies are designed for it and used an example of four stomachs as a herbivore design but you have now made the argument about eating grass.

spider and cows are protein, doesn't matter what you decide to call it.

WTF? we were meant to sit full stop, A chair is just something that facilitates it and sitting in it all day is you choice. Its different from stopping eating meat and say its natural, its also your choice but doesn't mean were weren't designed to eat meat.

That's not what he said. Read it again, this time with comprehension.

exactly, meat and veg.....Not just veg.
You can obviously eat and digest both. But we humans have the ability to make a choice in being cruel or not. I for one, decided I will not be cruel. I do not eat meat and I do not consume/use any animal products. I haven't done so in over 10 years. I have no health problems so clearly there's no problem with having a plant-based diet.

Why does eating meat always mean being cruel? Genuine question...

An animal had to die for you to eat it. Animals don't want to die and that's a fact. They feel pain and fear just like you and I.
