DM, It has been now 6 weeks or so since your techie was here and still nada, nothing, as bad or worse signal than before, what is happening with the so called upgrade in the area?
According to the last service call logged for you, the nearest site (CI 1611) was upgraded to u2100. I have logged another service call ref# SD206928, for a technician to revisit your location and attempt to resolve the issue. Thanks for your patience. *DM*

Cell C has just become pathetic.... offer good value for money but don't have the services and structure to provide for everybody.
I am also based in Midrand(live and work) and the connection is horrible. Considering to port back to vodacom, id rather pay more for a reliable service.
Cell C stop trying to get the monopoly before improving service delivery and standards. even calling the call center is another horrific story!

Same boat, but i still have a year left on this contract, i was thinking of moving over to Telkom Mobile but do not know if i should take the chance with another "small player with a big bark". Just really frustrating, R500pm on this useless CellC contract, and then i probably have to pay another R500 if i go over to another contract.This will then be my 3rd number change in the last year, not cool at all.
