Cell - C / Altech Autopage ?????

Are any of you having problems with Autopage . My daughters phone (on the CellC) network has not had any airtime charged to it sinse 9 April (she is on Control Chat75) . The problem is that I cannot get an answer from anybody at Altech Autopage and I believe that I am not allowed to contact Cell-C directly because the contract going through Altech-Autopage .
Who do I turn to next ????
 
I had problems with Autopage until I left them and went with Vodacom direct. Wish I could tell you who to turn to next.
 
I have 3 contracts with Autopage and one with Vodacom . Never had an issue with Vodacom . But I can tell you that the 3 at Autopage will be cancelled when they expire .
 
I am on controlchat and I can't recharge either Cell-C really isn't playing the game its been 2 weeks since I have been able to recharge?
 
Popped into my local Altech Autopage shop this afternoon and guess what ,,,,
Still no answers to my questions , I really cant understand how it can take a month to get an answer .
 
Another 3 days gone by , and guess what , still no answer from Altech Autopage . I actually dont know what to do anymore , perhaps I should just cancel my debit order with the bank . Then maybe I will see them come running .
 
Was with Autopage for 8 years and moved around to 3 different branches and even ported. I'm now with Vodacom and even though my account is 4 times (yes 4 times) my Autopage (CellC then MTN) I still pay with a smile and thanking my stars that Autopage will never see me again.

But I too cannot say what you can do (until your contract expires). For my daughter I went CellC direct (4yrs) and no problems (actually took a 2nd topup for my Nannies kid).
 
Another 10 days gone by and still no answer from Autopage . I can say for sure that they will never ever see me again .
