So now their on-net rates have dropped even further below their peak interconnect rate, which remains locked at R1.25 per minute. When is ICASA going to wake up and cap in the interconnect rates, so that off-net call charges can drop as well?
Actually most of Cell C`s basic services are improving dramatically.The fact that they are cutting the rates for their peak time on-net calls means they are doing something right however small or benificial(only to Cell C) it may be.
