What are the current cancellation process on your data contracts?

I am sorry to interrupt laughing at the customer. :(

Please answer the question, you are an official rep.

Hi @sajunky

Please understand that we have to find out the reason for the cancellation, because the process is not the same.

Contract cancellation for lack of service provided, is different to that of a matured contract or a early cancellation. Apart from us not wanting our customers to leave, our main priority is to always try and retain a customer should it be service related.

Hi@Cell_C

The reason I'm leaving is that i'm fed up with lagging connection, that often drops signal to my games. When i first got my contract for the first year, it was great. Great speeds (20~30 down, 10~20 up), and a lovely ping of 200 to EU servers, and on good days I even hit 167, Brilliant.
Then the night/peak-time throttling started at some point, and that had a small impact on my gaming, but I endured, because you guys were the only decent and inexpensive option at the time, and at least it didn't Disconnect often or at all.

Then the lag and disconnects got worse to the point that I had just quit playing online games for awhile for you to get you **** together, but no, few months later your sh$t just got worse. With some of my online games releasing nice updates, I started playing again, and I REALLY damn well want to play games, specially online FFS.
I get an average ping of 400~500, and constant spikes to 2000 ping while playing, and the occasional disconnect, so fun?

So do you know now why the f%#k I want to cancel my data contract?

Or you can just ignore what I just ranted and provide me information to my simple question regarding the procedures, fees and forms or anything i should know for cancelling the data contract?

My contract should expire in April 2018, and its available upgrade (really?) in 22/12/2017, so I just want to find out if it will be cheaper to cancel it early or wait till next for it to end.

50GB+50 GB, with a ZTE283+.

Regards

Thanks. I went in store, and they said I just needed to pay the commitment amount remaining for the device and then phone in to cancel, which will cancel after 30 days, no other penalty fees, yay, if only I knew this a few days ago....
