Cell C Internationall Congestion

Hi guys I think I have gotten to the cause of my packet loss and high latency at night , I think Cell C international routing is congested , does anyone know of a way to reduce it or fix it.

the last three of your posts Intole you that their international links are oversubscribed.. we also told you to change ISPs if they are not listening to your complaints..

Nothing we can tell you, other than to change ISPs, is going to solve this problem..

Cell C need to upgrade their international links and we do not have any say in that..

My suggestion is like some ISP ,who have direct link with top global transit provider. such as Vox Seacom, WIOCC
