Need some input from the community please.
We are experiencing a new problem on the Cell C / IS fixed LTE that seems random.
The total data usage counter seems in a "stuck" state and is not reflecting the overall data used correctly.
If one drills down into your daily usage then each day is reflecting correctly but not the total overall.
The problem is the SIM cards once they hit their cap shows on the overall usage that you still have lots of data available when you don't.
The second problem is even if you top up you still constantly receive a Cell C splash screen "Out of Funds".
So now you are stuck with no way of using your internet further.
We have reported one SIM card so far to IS today, however looking at the usage panels of other clients we are noticing the "stuck" overall usage problem happening as well.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue?, feedback from other users would be much appreciated.
