If you look on the Cell-C coverage map, LTE, LTE-A and FIXED-LTE are shown separately.If you phone Mweb support about LTE-A, there is a permanent automated message telling you that "Cell C LTE users may experience slow speeds, no or intermittent internet connections etc... IS and Cell C are working together to resolve this".
I have had all of the above for 2 weeks now.

How do Internet Solutions fit into this explanation?I contacted Mweb support and asked them who is provisioning the data for the Cell C deal.
The guy was not sure, put me on hold to enquire about it, then let me know that Cell C is provisioning the data.
Thus, Mweb is just reselling Cell C data as well as using the Cell C towers.
