The issue has been resolved.

Having intermittent down time for 30 mins to an hour since last night.
Either it doesn't connect (similar issue to last week)..or ,and this is the new issue, it connects to 4G but no internet .
Yup. It was down earlier for an hour or so. Back up again.NOOB to this forum (thanks to this poor service) so hello to all, hopefully I can contribute in the future but for now I got 2 simple questions...
Is anybody elses' service down tonight?
Also, I got this service 10 days ago, seemed to work great until the nationwide outage last week, but since then my service has gown down intermittently every other day. Is it normal to have so many issues with this service?
