If you look very carefully, you'll notice a small patch for LTE in jhb (or big, depending on how far you zoom in)

Usually outdated. It may not show as it hasn't launched yet but then again it doesn't show for Jhb's LTE as well.

For all waiting:
It is reported that Huawei B315s LTE router is selling for R999 in Edgars/Jet/CNA stores (in Telkom section). It is the same model as in Cell C stores for R1900.
