Cell C My-Account

Hi guys

I recently subscribed to a Cell C data bundle for my tablet. I was quite surprised to see that they don't have an app which provides you with usage information, but I was told to use the My-Account page until such time as an app is available.

When trying to register for My-Account, I receive an error stating that "This Account Does Not Currently Exist". I have tried communicating with Cell C via Facebook, Email and the Call Centre.

The Facebook guys told me to register for My-Account as they don't have an app. When I pointed them to my original post saying that I couldn't, they deleted my comment from the page.

The email support page told me to either phone the IVR or use USSD codes...doesn't really help if I'm using a tablet.

The call centre tells me that the application is down, but when I search here I don't see anything along those lines, at least not within the last couple of months.

Any advice on what to do next?

Through usage of the QueryUSSD app and some help from the local Cell C guy, my problem has been solved
