Cell C MyCellC Accounts Broken?

Can't login to my account this morning. Simply getting the following error when clicking on My Account:

SRVE0255E: A WebGroup/Virtual Host to handle /ecare has not been defined.

SRVE0255E: A WebGroup/Virtual Host to handle ecare.cellc.co.za:80 has not been defined.

IBM WebSphere Application Server
 
Also have the same problem since yesterday.

Does not really look like maintenance as over the weekend it worked then did not work then worked again each time giving different type of errors.
Would think it would be a good idea to redirect the site to a temporary site indicating the problem and offering how to check ones balance - maybe also with a count down timer to uptime again - so as to save many people a whole lot of time trying to see if it is working and wondering if it is a local cache problem or other local problem.

It's not rocket science to redirect people to a maintenance page and looks way more professional than a raw server error (which give one the impression no-one at CellC knows about it).

Edit: I see the error message had been replaced with a maintenance page.
 
Yeah, its still down. I need to check the balance on my tablet, but cant do that since yesterday evening
 
Cell C "My Account" Login

Anyone knows when the My Account login will be working again on the Cell C website? I used to use it to check my airtime balance for the SIM I have in a mifi router, now there's no way to check the balance except to take out the sim and put it in a phone. It's been unavailable since Tuesday already... How else can I check available airtime balance?
 
I was under the impression it was going down for 48hours or so but spoke to someone at CELL C. They busy upgrading their network this week*not sure if it's true or just some cheap talk to get me off their back*

Well it's more than 72 hours, so what's the deal? Let me guess, you meant 72 business hours, not 72 straight hours as any normal person would expect from the way you said it. How do I know this? Because I've found out the long way that when the service centre says they'll get back to you in 24-48 hours, it means 3-6 days - they only clarify this once you call them and say "so it's been 48 hours, what's going on?".
So in this case, 9 days before we can login to check account info?

It's cell c, you've been fobbed off with stories.
