Same here and it's a real schlep having to take out the sim card and find an old phone to check my balance....and adding a way to check data balancesI have an E5331.

Still down. Missed my telecommuting allowance submission deadline (I have to submit a bill from my SP) on Friday because I didn't receive it in mail and couldn't access the online version. Thanks CellC.
Always amazes me that they can process a debit order for my account on the first of the month, yet can't give me an explanation of how they got to the amounts by the 15th (and in this case, by the 25th).
