Cell C MyCellC Accounts Broken?

...and adding a way to check data balances ;) I have an E5331.
Same here and it's a real schlep having to take out the sim card and find an old phone to check my balance. :mad:
 
I find this link still works even when their main site says unavailable.

Didn't work. I tried to get a PIN sent, but all I received was an SMS saying "Welcome to CellC. Cell C"

Useless ****ing company. I'm still keen to give them a try, because of their 99c calls, but I'm getting more and more anti.
 
Still down. Missed my telecommuting allowance submission deadline (I have to submit a bill from my SP) on Friday because I didn't receive it in mail and couldn't access the online version. Thanks CellC.

Always amazes me that they can process a debit order for my account on the first of the month, yet can't give me an explanation of how they got to the amounts by the 15th (and in this case, by the 25th).

Still broken at this rate I will probably be leaving CELL C, it goes to show that they don't care about customers. Over 2 weeks, something that the rep said would take anything between 24hours - 48hours. Please unveil the curtains already.
 
The chap on their Facebook page mentioned down to fraudulent activities.
 
So they are quick to respond to that, I sent a PM to Cell_C a few days ago about something and still nothing.

This is getting really ridiculous, I have a Cell C data contract taken out with MWEB and use the SIM in a Tablet. With the site down I phoned 084 140, they cannot get the info as it is a MWEB contract.

MWEB does not have the info on their site so 20 min and 2 consultants later I have the info. The cost R20 to check on the balance on a R89/mth contract because of the companies failings.

THAT is poor customer service

Does anyone think this would be happening if Lars was still at the helm?

HAHAHA and it's still broken.

So to sum up, Cell C has:

*No working online user portal
*No speeds faster than dial up
*No clue

And to think I used to praise them for high speed value for money....... They are almost as bad at communicating to their clients as our SA Government is to it's people....
