Cell C MyCellC Accounts Broken?

They are in fact ahead of time with their suspentions.

Was cut off on Sunday at 15.00.

Please! Will anybody at Cell C try and tell me what I owe them!!!!

If McDonalds can make a cheeseburger CellC can fix a website.

Does anyone think this would be happening if Lars was still at the helm?

I don't think Mc has ever made a burger...

I really hope this means the "My Account" system is going to be majorly updated

If so, then why didn't they run the old one in parallel with the new one?

So that customers can fall back to a working system should the new one cause a glitch in the Matrix...

damn annoying, as my sim is in my router.... :(

I have the same Problem and adopted a "PAY as you GO" Data from Cell C used through a router bolted high on a wall.
As ALL Cellular signal is generally poor in my area, there is no Telkom yet, and I fall outside the iburst optimal range I tried Cell data with their very competitive data rates. It seemed to tick all the boxes and I was considering a contract option however in light of this Failure, and the failure of Cellc to rectify the problem, I will have to start shopping around for other SPs. MTN doesn't have good signal in the area, I thought about 8ta. (..not trying to highjack the thread)

But I would prefer it if they just sorted out the problem, so that I can check and ensure that I don't run out of data when doing updates or downloads, as it is a mission for me to get a ladder, get the SIM out, put it into a phone, and check the balance.

Do we have an ETA on the resolution yet?
..or I will be forced to explore other options.
I think Everybody has been VERY Patient......

Was about to say I can transfer funds from my Wizzit account to my CellC/8ta etc SIM card - but problem is when it comes to data bundles...

8ta got the game down pat with onnet.8ta.com where you can convert airtime into data without having to remove the SIM from the device :D

I took my Cell C sim out of my router today so that I could stick it in an old phone to find out how much data is left. On the Sim says "the power is in your hands". I chuckled.....

Come on Cell C, get your **** together!!!

I have tried some of the alternate web URL's provided on this thread, I asked for my code to be sent and I just get "Welcome to Cell C. Cell C".

Cell C is a great network, but if they do not sort out their issues (bad customer service, support), people will rather stay and pay more at other networks.
