Cell C - ordered phone contract online

Has anyone here had experience with ordering a phone on contract online with Cell C?

I used the callback feature on their website on Saturday. Someone called me on Sunday morning and got all my details and did the credit check etc. Contract was approved and delivery of phone was supposed to be between 8am and 5pm today but the time is almost up and I haven't received any emails or been contacted by anyone.

Normally I would do this in-store due to being concerned about scams etc. However I haven't paid anything.

It's a Red Magic 6R. Got it mainly for the performance. Best value for money for the CPU and GPU. Performance wise it's somewhere in-between a S21 and S22 but I'm getting it for less than R6k spread over 2 years.
