This is now ongoing for the past 2 months in the Northcliff, Cresta, Northcliff Corner, Albertville, Greymont and Bergbron.

Report it about every 2nd day and all you get is a sms saying:
They have received your query and will attend to it shortly with reference number.
With all the reports that I have send, only one call came back to me to ask me to fill in the fault report sheet and send it back.
DUH???? how can I send it back if I do not have any network to send it to them?
This really piss me off. I told the guy that I cant send or receive any e-mail.
He insist that I have to send the fault report so that they can send out a techie to investigate.

What kind of people work for Cell-C at their Technical centre ???

Hi Andre53

A technician will contact you later today to book an appointment for a site visit, and hopefully have this issue resolved.

CELLC BELIEVE, Lolololololol.

Cant wait to jump this sinking ship.
Mr AKC cant fix this sh**t . Hes all talk & no action.

The only possible solution for cellc would be a decent LTE network.... Cell C network is sadly just tooo congested with their low prices and supercharge bonuses.....
