I have massive connectivity issues in Parklands (CPT). When I'm home after work, I'll be doing a speedtest and posting my results as well. Data connectivity there is awful!

To add, in Hillcrest nothing, connects, shows data connection but open browser it says proxy error.
I dont use a proxy, its set to default auto detect.

Is this on your phone? I noticed with Android devices that the default settings does have proxy settings in them. Maybe you should try and create a custom setting with the apn only as internet no proxy settings.

Nope desktop pc with CellC dash, same with mdma. Connects, but thats all, no data.

I've been with Cellc from the start, and they delevered crap service to me right throughout Guateng to Harrismith this year of 2015. Never will I be a customer again. And won't be referring them anytime soon.

There is no point to try and stick with a company that's screwing you over and over...
