Doesn't mean you're going to have good coverage or reception. It's not like fixed line. You also get the opposite where coverage is quite good but doesn't show any.

Cell C users still suffering from poor network performance

On the subject of Cell C again. Have been having problems the whole weekend where the signal simply disappears completely from 3 bars to nothing. Takes several attempts to register and as soon as you do throughput stops. I'm now connecting through Vodacom permanently but also takes a few attempts to register sometimes.
