Cell C VoWifi and iMessage

Anyone able to activate iMessage over Cell C using VoWifi?

The Cell C number can send and receive international SMS messages, but iMessage on the iPhone doesn't want to activate - just says "waiting for activation. iMessage/Facetime has been disabled, phone restarted, then enabled.

All sorts of combinations but no luck. Wifi calling works fine, as I said I can send and receive international SMS which is a requirement for iMessage activation.

Not in South Africa in the moment, so this has to be over VoWifi.

Yes and i sent a reply back that I didn't heard from again.

Can't past PMs here as its against MyBB rules, but my problem is the SMS activation part of iMessage not the data after to send the messages.
