CellC blocking the iOS 9 update

Is CellC blocking the iOS 9 update when customers try to update their iPhones, iPads and iPods using the "nite" 1gb bundles even if you buy multiple gigs. Personally I have tried 2 days in a row but it won't work, you even try to go on  forums for some solutions but you wont make the solutions work. They should tell us, customers about things like this because we think our phones are dead whilist they are fine, even iCloud services are not working until the clock passes 7am

1GB nite data? Thats not enough for most of the phones, they are slightly larger than 1GB. If you only have a 3G connection, I suggest you go to your nearest iStore they will do the update for you for free.

They not blocking it but it's not fast. I tried updating with my cellc mifi and it was slow. Just did it over adsl and over and done.

If you are failing you could always just a telkom sim. Recharge with a few rands to get the free wifi and next time you go to the mall or mc donals,spur,telkom or hungry lion just update it via their wifi for free.
