CellC Customer Service Non-Existent

I'm wondering why CellC direct is still charging me for the iPhone 5 contract (which they migrated) and I have not received a phone and have had no feedback to my private message to CellC here either.

I'm about to go postal.

Please note that no one has contacted me on the telephone, and the vague SMS I received yesterday does not resolve my issue in any respect. I stress that now that the debit order has been actioned CellC is now owing subscription fee from February 2013 as I cannot make use of the upgrade since I have not received a phone as promised within the 5 day period. Again, I reiterate that that if CellC continues to bill me for a service I cannot use, they are in contravention of the Consumer Protection Act. In fact, having now debited my account despite my express instruction to reverse the contract, within the cooling off period, CellC is already contravening the Act.

Seriously cheesed off.
 
I applied for contract phone early February but I didn't received it and they deducted R149 from my bank account
