Cellc sim swap

Hi everyone, sorry for bumping this thread.
I have a cell c sim that i dont use very often however , at the beginning on the month i topped it up with data (the 50GB) and shortly after it stopped working completely.

Can @Cell_C maybe check what happened?
also what is the process to do a sim swap?is it automated or do i need to speak to people (not really in the mood....heheh)

Kindly send the number via a private message so we can check if the number is active from our end.

A SIM swap will require that one of our Social Media consultants makes contact with you for a security check to have the SIM swap processed.

As per the SIM swap policy, the process can only be done if the SIM card was registered under your names and ID number. You will also be required to answer security questions.

Please PM us the number in question and a contact number. Should you fail to answer the security questions, we will not process the sim swap.

Hello, sorry to interrupt l also lost my SIM card ,the home connecta, previous day the sales person at the Cell C shop advised me to bring my lD if the SIM card was registered in my name,The following day l went there again l met another lady she told me to phone the call center,so now l am confused,the call center is also talking history.

Please get a new Cell C SIM card that is not RICA registered and send us a private message with the RICA serial number once you have it.
