I have a cell c sim that i dont use very often however , at the beginning on the month i topped it up with data (the 50GB) and shortly after it stopped working completely.
Can @Cell_C maybe check what happened?
also what is the process to do a sim swap?is it automated or do i need to speak to people (not really in the mood....heheh)
