Can you buy a small bag of 'ready mix' i.e. premixed sand + cement and just add water for a small project? Don't really want to buy a big bag of cement and try to source sand from who-knows-where. If you can any idea where I should look for some? Hardware shop, Penny Pinchers, builders supply???

If you need less than that, you can also use tile glue, it has a bit more cement in, so it will be a bit stronger, which may or may not be of benefit, depending on the project.

Unfortunately I sent all the extra tile cement back for the credit to buy more tiles, which I didn't need because my builder had a brain fart. SIGH. I actually wanted to keep it for stuff like this.

Mind you I might try to take the tiles back - but they are super heavy and my poor leetle car not likee to go up da hill with them in the car. (Had them delivered originally).

Building a small platform to put the weber on to raise to a more comfortable height. Also want to build a small support structure for a table top I have alongside it so I can have a work area next to the braai. Have plenty of nice stone to work with, just need some gluey stuff so they no fall down.
