The mozzarella (no branding) sold by our local spar is pretty nice, better than the simonsberg etc stuff & cheaper. i always buy it for pizza

I don't like cheese. I only eat cheese if its melted. Like on Pizza or a toasted sandwich or over macaroni.
I'll eat cheddar and mozzarella and maybe some of that grated parmerson? cheese they serve at Panarotis.

Goats Cheese ( Portuguese , hard and soft )
Parmesan
Feta
LOVE Grana Padano HARD cheese, can eat a whole wedge.

Dislike:

Camembert or any blue cheese
Gouda
