Changing Public to Home Network

Morning,

I have 2 LAN connections:-
LAN1 - Motherboard
LAN2 - PCI Network Card

LAN1 is on a Home Network and works 100%
LAN2 is on a Public Network and doesn't connect

How do I change the LAN2 Public Network to the Home Network in Windows7?

i think i know what he means,....
under network and sharing centre,
u should see ur active/connected networks...
underneath the network it states public/home/etc click on that to change it....

how this solves ur problem though>?????
