How does one go about changing the contract ownership with vodacom? My device (A33) is registered under a relatives name however, banking details is mine. I do have two other contracts which are under my name (ownership and banking details). Is there an easy procedure to transfer the (A33) onto my name by maybe completing a change of ownership form etc? Physically impossible to have both myself and the existing account holder present at a vodacom store.
