Not that we will see any savings soon! What you are seeing is MTN/Vodacom/Neotel providing inner metro fibre links connecting their own sites.

Damn right!! I'm so sick of stagnant prices and declining service quality! I demand lower prices and better services!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
