China - Taiwan Developments

I never said that. The narrative that Taiwan sees itself as an independent country, separate from China, is false. Taiwan, officially called the Republic of China, wants the unification of mainland China, Mongolia, Tibet and Hong Kong - same as the current Chinese government - but they consider themselves to be the rightful government of said territories.
Depends if you are Taiwanese or Chinese I suppose.
And in Taiwan depends if you are Pan Blue or Pan Green.

Does any of this make any difference to the Taiwanese constitution?

did you magically miss the part where China stated outright this is their redline weeks ago already? (and repeatedly over the past few decades)

of course the US is the provocateur

So Taiwan can't decide its own future then? Just like Ukraine?

Anyone anti West is OK by you and the US is always at fault?

China will invade Taiwan before the end of the decade. The West better be prepared to take down the Chinese jokers!

Xi is a power-hungry nutcase.

I'll help. None of that makes any difference to Taiwan's Constitution. According to which, the Republic of China (Taiwan) is the rightful government of not just the island, but also mainland China, Mongolia, Tibet and Hong Kong.

Thank you, noted.

The US does not guarantee Taiwanese independence. They will ''trade'' Taiwan for stability with China. No other country in the West will lift a finger if the US doesn't do anything.

The US redline in the Pacific is Japan and South Korea, which it mutually guarantees against aggression. And for the same reason the US won't stop a Chinese invasion of Taiwan, China will never touch Japan or South Korea because they want to keep the US onside. China are probably the only reason why the nutcases in Pyongyang haven't done something stupid. Yet. They know messing around with Japan and/or South Korea will get the US involved and they will want to avoid being dragged in to a confrontation by Pyongyang.

Yep

They were called the Minsk Agreements, they were signed by Zelensky and they granted progressive self-determination to...
THE DONBAS
And no, they weren't honoured. So there is an outstanding amount of hypocrisy regarding who should be allowed self-determination.

Could you shout to the entire world that you are clueless about history any louder if you tried?
