First of 1st of jan I am making wiener schnitzel with a brandy mushroom sauce, garlic potatoes and roasted veggies, with malva pudding for desert. 31st just normal snacks, homemade ham and cheese puffs, spinach and feta puffs, and pastel de nata, and prawns in orange juice sauce, considering I am half Portuguese basically tradition to make pastel de nata and have prawns at the end of the year.
You should try them with some orange juice. Basically cook them in some butter little garlic salt and pepper., just before they are done remove them place on the side heat up the pan, place them back pending on the amount of prawns about half a cup of juice and let the orange juice evaporate a little till it is sticky and serve with LM prawn sauce............Just had desert. Love prawns. But usually make with a creamy curry sauce. However no prawn nearby that I have seen
