Cleaning Solar Panels

All day, e'r' day.
Of course, we need the sun during the day and the good clean rains at night :-).
Also it's actually a lot nicer to go to bed with rains than it is to wake up to it. I don't know dreary days are draining.

The JHB giveth and the JHB taketh away
As someone notoriously says here,”get more panels”. I stopped monitoring the system for a while now.

Bad AQI, clouds, dust on panels, and batteries are always fully charged. I just glance at the battery monitor around 6pm to see the battery status and that’s it.

When we get consecutive says of rain with no sun I will start monitoring again lol.

Of course not but he has a battery already. What is the extra solar going to do during the day? Obviously depends on how much hot water one uses.
In his case more batteries, cause he's building a massive leadacid battery bank

I had thought about the geyser plan of yours - you'd mentioned it a while back. Quite an interesting idea, cost-wise.

Sorry deadmen is
Any reason why he is doing that? AGM and GEL battery prices don’t make it attractive to buy anymore vs Lithium. I got my bank for 12k in total and if I was to do the same today, it can be closer to double now.

Tubular LA has a lot more lifespans but they are also very expensive.
