Clicks Rates payment issue.

So last month, I paid my Rates via the Clicks Website as the App was acting up. The amount got taken off my account.
This month, my rates paper shows nothing was paid for last month, so double bill for the month.
Past payments on the Clicks App & site shows nothing.
Any ideas on the way forward on this one.?
 
But at what cost..? Look at this nonsense now..
Depends how much the bill is. You get 15% back per month, so after a year of doing this, you’re ahead even if one payment disappears.

you should have a receipt on your email?

Look you can even log a goods/services not received with the bank usually resolved within a week or two.

I had similar issues with a glitch on binance 2 years back 2xR50k refunded within 2 weeks.

TBH going bank route will be quicker than municipality

The website generated no payment receipt. Clicks investigating.

I use WalletDoc - works damn well and no issues ever (if you're looking for an alternative)

1 month's issues,

Havent had an issue for well over a year now, So its well worth it to me. used to pay at checkers, but thats a schlep compared to opening an app and just entering an amount and a cvv...
 
Just made a payment on the app.. Went through with no issues.. Got the sms as well as email and shows up in payment history

Same happened to me, they refunded.
 
hmmm, Ethekwheni is sneaky, even if you pay by some other provider, if its via credit card, they charge 3% admin.
