Coincidence or capped on purpose?

Interesting, on my do broadband package, I always get capped on the last day of the month. Its happened now for three months running now. Luckily I only have to wait anywhere between 6-12 hours before the tap opens again at midnight. Is it coincidence?

Well are you watching your usage? They don't soft cap on do broadband anymore so the will stop you as soon as you reach your cap. I doubt that they will do it on purpose...
