Aren't you a Chelsea supporter? Bugger off into your own thread. I'm just trying to shut Genius up :D

HA! Being a Chelsea supporter gives me more right to be here than you.

Come to CHELSEA CESC!!!!! wail moan groan wail.

PS: You'll never shut him up... it's a waste of time mate. A 42 page thread on a topic that shouldn't have had more than 10 is all the proof you need.

After the tshirt episode with Pique and Puyol Barcelona have reached a new level of scum

Sorry Cantera but your club and everyone associated with it is a disgrace to football

How would they feel if this went on year after year with Messi? As I said before I used to view Barca as my 2nd club but they have now fallen lower than dog sht in my opinion.

I cannot understand why the club does not publicly demand action from FIFA.

hopefully their debt is the death of their club

Well you can look at that incident in two ways:

1. He has already told Barcelona that he is going to sign, so Pique and Puyol were jumping the gun or

2. He has already said he's staying at Arsenal and Pique and Puyol were basically making a statement that they want Cesc to change his mind.

Either way, I take back what I've been saying. It was disrespectful to him, Wenger and Arsenal football club.

What a disgrace. How can they get away with that? **** you Barca. What a bunch of low lifes. I pity you and your supporters.

Ideal scenario for 2010/11 season:

Arsenal pick up atleast one major trophy.
Barca get taught a lesson in football by Mr Anti Football himself - Mourinho. He has done it before (2 months ago).

Na, ideal situation would be Barcelona callapsing under their own debt and having to have a firesale of all their players and stadium

Edit: ok this sale can be announced on the eve that mourinho crushes barca 4-0 at the nou camp :D

Forcing a Barca shirt on Cesc. Well that kind of sums up the past few weeks.

Makes Cole's coffee with Mourinho look positively gentlemanly in comparison... Just got home and didn't believe my brother that it had happened until I saw the youtube flick for myself... wow.

I dont have time to look for all the different quotes from different users. The general feeling of some users.

No Busquets fish? Is he not good enough?

Dude, that must be the dumbest idea ever. Cesc cannot break into the team due to Iniesta and Xavi.

Why is it hard to understand?

To think a national coach will have an agenda to not play a player just so his price doesnt go up in the transfer window is a ridiculous thought. Cesc isnt good enough and people need to realise that. Spain's starting 11 is the best 11 they have.

I don't rate him over Senna but how does that prove that I was INSULTING Busquets?

How does any of the posts you quoted show WE INSULTING HIM????? You the ONLY ONE that said he was somewhere along the lines of a twat... DON'T force your BS on other people

So please go back and find where people were insulting him... or you also going to brush it under the carpet?

Dear dear fishy, I've never seen you get this riled up... It actually kind of suits you to be honest. Helps your spelling/grammar no end.

I know right.....hahahaha

Moving beyond the obvious disrespect that Pique and Puyol (Barcelona) showed Cesc and Arsenal, what do you guys believe that incident was? I was thinking that surely if Cesc was not going to Barcelona, they wouldn't of done that, it's just wrong to do that and they are not that stupid to do something like that, right. So what I'm asking is, who believes that putting that shirt on Cesc was a stunt signifying Cescs intent and acceptance on going to Barcelona? Let's move past the bias and obvious hate of Barcelona on this thread and think logically on this one.

I'm not sure there's a "logical answer past the obvious bias" as you say. If Cesc put on the shirt to show him desire for Barca then it would have been an illogical stupid move on his side same as what Puyol & Pique did.

The undisputed fact in this whole matter is Arsenal's statement that they will not sell Cesc at any price and request that Barcelona respect that.

The whole issue of Cesc going back to barcelona was a political thing started by Laporta. Guardiola has been a gentleman throughout and conducted himself faultlessly. There has not been any indication from Guardiola that he wants Cesc there. There is also no doubt that Cesc will not even play regularly if he went to Barcelona now. And clearly Barcelona cannot afford to pay what Cesc is really worth.

The shirt episode is absolutely no indication that Cesc wants to or is going to go to Barcelona. Look at the video again his obvious embarassment about the situation is clear and he gets rid of the shirt as soon as he can. You cannot read anything into it other than his friends joking around with him.

But Fabregas has laughed off the matter, saying nothing more should be read into what was simply a practical joke.

"These are things that happen at special moments, and I don't think it should be gone on about much more because it was just another anecdote of a great night, a great celebration," said the Arsenal midfielder.

"There are times we do not even know what we do, so everything can be forgiven,.

"Pepe took me there (to the front of the stage), the truth is that I didn't know anything like that was going to happen and so I was a bit surprised.

"At first I thought it was a flag or something, but it's nothing.

"You had to enjoy it and if it's a way to have fun, it's nothing."

Fabregas grew slightly more serious when questioned further about where he will be plying his trade next season.

"I think now the less said about the subject much the better, because these things are worse for everyone when they come to light and people talk more about the matter," added the 23-year-old.

"Right now we have to be very calm and what will be will be."
