More than 100 Britons were among 1,000 men caught trying to pay a computer-generated child to perform sex acts online, after a Dutch children's charity set up a fake profile.
Nope. He is correct. This is a condition, not a crime.
More attempts to vilify people that have a condition, rather than trying to help them.
I'd say that fancying little girls is a condition while paying them to take their clothes off while you record it is a crime.Nope. He is correct. This is a condition, not a crime.

Someone ****ting their pants right now. If you gonna be dumb on the internet, you gotta be tough![]()
You are very defensive of people that have this 'condition' ... is there something else you want to tell us?
Incorrect. It might be a condition but that doesn't exonerate one from the crime committed...
I'd say that fancying little girls is a condition while paying them to take their clothes off while you record it is a crime.
In this case I doubt these people have actually committed a crime as this wasn't a real kid but as DJ says. at least they are on the radar now.
So they are actually victims?![]()
I'm also defensive of the vilification of other conditions. You know me well enough, to know that I don't only defend paedophiles. You are very defensive of people that have this 'condition' ... is there something else you want to tell us?
I'm not judging them because they have a condition, I'm judging them because they prowl the Internet getting little kids to take their clothes off.I agree that fact of having the condition does not exempt one from being put on trial, however, most people who have a condition that is considered socially unacceptable are either unwilling or too ashamed to go for help - if they need it at all. Whilst not on the same level all you have to do is look at the gay, lesbian and bisexual communities people are afraid to admit that they're gay, lesbian or bisexual for fear of prejudice.[sup]1[/sup]
You can't really compare the prejudice against GLBT people to that against paedophiles. Homosexuality involves consenting adults and infringes upon nobody's rights while sex with a child does. There is potential for great harm when it comes to paedophilia. Harm that simply doesn't apply to homosexuality.[sup]1[/sup] I must clarify before people jump down my throat about what I mean here. By mentioning the GLB communities I do not imply that it is a condition that they need help for but a lot of people deem it socially unacceptable and thus the GLB communities will be subject to prejudice.
However they are comparable in that before any crime is committed, both of them have been and is being vilified before the act. Whilst what you say is indeed 100% true. You can't really compare the prejudice against GLBT people to that against paedophiles. Homosexuality involves consenting adults and infringes upon nobody's rights while sex with a child does. There is potential for great harm when it comes to paedophilia, harm that simply doesn't apply to homosexuality.
why do you always assume the worst in people who know of psychological problems![]()
