Sorry, this is probably a super dumb question. We have a Telkom DSL line (with Telkom as the primary ISP). This runs on a Huawei HG532F router. I currently have a second service with Axxess (with limited cap) that I use when I had to do larger downloads and also as a backup should others in the house eat up all the cap on the Telkom line. When using the Axxess account, I would connect a different router (configured to that account) and after use disconnect it and reconnect the Telkom router to restore the default ISP. The router I used for Axxess has now decided to stop working (great timing ...) and I am not able to use it to connect to the second ISP.

Is there any way that I can create a connection to two ISPs on the ADSL using a single router (the Huawei one) so that everyone still has access to their ISP accounts?

You can keep one account in the router and then dial up a PPPOE connection with the other credentials from your PC.

You have a couple of options.

1st option is Bridge mode. This will allow each device to dial it's own pppoe connection.

2nd option is half bridge mode/pppoe passthrough. This allows you to have your main account set in the router and allow you to dial a pppoe connection from the device you require.

For example. Telkom details in the router. Then on your pc or ps4 for example you dial a pppoe connection with the axxess account. The devices that dialed the pppoe connection will use the axxess account the rest will use the account that is in the router.

Thank you both very much. I haven't done any network dabbling in a while so am a bit rusty. I went with the second option. Will see how this works. Feels a bit counterintuitive to keep the original ISP connection connected, but seeing as the Axxess connection terminates as soon as I cut the Telkom connection I assume that's how it should be (I am working on a laptop so connections are wireless).
